PAYE calculation on Tempory/Part time employee

Good day, if an employee has a 6 month contract, does he pay more tax than a permanent employee and if so, what %?

Generally SARS requires 25% tax to be withheld on a part time or contract work. If you end up overpaying tax for the year, you will be able to claim this tax back when you file your tax return.
