Past tax years, can I still submit a tax return?

Is there any way to fill in a tax return from 2009 - 2011 ?
I was paying tax ( came off my salary ) I just never did registered with eFiling nor filled in a tax return .....
( I have now for 2012 )
Yes there is, you can click (under personal returns) the correct tax year and then click request returns and the relevant return will become available to you.
