Past IRP5 I could not get from employer

I have been requested to submit my 2009 tax return and I could not receive IRP5 from my employer.

You need to go then <a href="/blog/swear-an-affidavit-for-sars">swear an affidavit</a> at the police department stating you could not get your IRP5 and take that into SARS.
