Paid in error by SARS due to mistake on my side but Request for correction done

Hi. I've made a mistake on my E-filing which resulted in my ITA34 showing that SARS owed me Money. After I've rectified my my mistake, Version 2 of my ITA34 showed an amount of R0, but that following morning the amount of the first ITA34 was paid into my bank account. What should I do now?

Will it be rectified automatically meaning the will deduct the money from my account or what?

That second ITA34 should be read with the first ITA34 so in aggregate - if you look at the second paragraph you will notice the statement balance which should show the refund still.
