Obtaining my IRP5 from previous employer

I am trying to get my IRP5 from my previous employer. Whenever I call they tell me Payroll is still looking for it. This is the last form I need to submit to SARS in order for them to complete my assessment. How can I make them speed up the process in 'finding' my IRP5?

Has SARS requested you to submit supporting documents to them?

All you need to do now is submit these to SARS and hopefully their audit process will not take too long to complete.
