Non payment of my tax by the employer

What must I do when I discovered that my ex-employer has not paid my tax but he was deducting that money
Has he issued you an IRP5?
No He has not issue them
You would need to take your bank statements, contract of employment and payslips to SARS to submit your tax return so that SARS can see that you have not been receiving the PAYE. You must also report the employer to SARS.
