No returns available

Hello I have registered on eFiling and submitted my outstanding documents at the. SARS branch manually but when I login to submit tax return it says "No tax returns found" what could be the problem as I have submitted last week already.

You will not see this updated yet, but call 0800 00 7277 and ensure it is on record.
