No IRP5 received from ex-employer?

My previous employer hasn't reconciled with SARS and hasn't provided IRP5 for 2012 and 2013. I have been to SARS and previous employer and get pushed from pillar to post. What do I do?

You can take your employment contract and payslips and bank statements from this period to SARS to prove to them that even though no IRP5 was received you did indeed pay your PAYE.

I have done all of that. My first time I waked into SARS contact centre was in December 2013. I have given all the docs and provided all the information and follow up monthly, but to this day, no feedback from Either ex employer or SARS. What else can I do? Please help.
