No IRP5 being delivered

One of my previous employers refuses to send an IRP5 (they claim their submissions aren't balancing, I suspect they haven't being paying our tax), the cut off is tomorrow and I now don't have an IRP5 to submit for part of the year. I can't get an affidavit as I don't live in the country anymore. How do I go about this?
You can go to a police station or a lawyer in your country of residence to do this as well.
