Nil ITR returns when abroad?

I have been living in the UAE for the past 5 years. Prior to this I did not work for 2 years. So no tax returns were submitted as I did not have an IRP 5. I did not know that you still had to submit a nil return yearly when abroad. Is there a way to fix this now?

You can go back and submit the return if you need to and just submit it as nil.
