My previous employer is ignoring my requests for my IRP5's, what can I do?

Are they not responding at all?

No,I get read receipts of e-mails etc,but they do not assist.

Check on eFiling if the IRP5 has been uploaded?

I checked, dont see it.

You need to go into a SARS branch, take your payslips, your employment contract and your bank statements and explain what has happened. They should be able to pick up off your documents that the tax was deducted.
