My efiling profile keep on being deleted?

I keep on registering for SARS eFiling and then they request documentation to verify my registration once I have submitted my docs,the next day when I want to see if they are done my profile is gone, and my login details does not work. I then register again but the same happens again...

Please call 0800 00 7277 to find out what the problem is. That is most frustrating!
