Medical Contributions and Expenses deduction for IRP6 First Period 2014?

How are Medical expenses (Subscriptions and Self Paid) included/calculated on the IRP6 form.

You would need to put the actual credit - so R242 per month for the first two members and thereafter R163 per month for every further member.
