Medical aid change

If I changed medical aids during the tax year, and my employer only started paying in December 2013, how do I answer the questions? Part of the tax year I was paying for medical aid, part of the year my employer was paying part.

When asked how much you paid for yourself (not through you employer) you will enter what you paid. Still enter the number of dependents, but the amount paid by the employer or through your employer is taken care of on your IRP5.
