Lump Sum Withdrawal Tax?

Hi, If one has taken a lump sump withdrawal, and tax was paid on the lump sum amount, can the lump sum be included in the tax paid (ie on top of PAYE)

No, this tax is full and final and does not get counted when you add up all your income and work out the relevant tax.
