Lump sum on IRP6

Am I supposed to include my pension lump sum on my IRP6?
Also, how should this income be reflected on the annual income tax return?

Kindly exclude the lump sum amount and the tax amount from your IRP6.
This income will be under your IRP5 section on your annual tax return as a separate IRP5 with any tax that you might have paid already.
