Kindly assist with my tax number. I've been working for 5 years without submitting tax. And am having tax certificates with me.

You need to register for a tax number by clicking the link and following the instructions, or call SARS on 0800 00 7277 to see if they have a tax number recorded for you already (have your ID book ready).
