I had filed the tax through the tax practitioner and now I got the Statement of Account: Assessed Tax , last Friday its says " Manual refund" under the transaction description in the ITSA document. How long it will take to credit into my bank account.

You need to call SARS if it has taken longer than 3 days to refund.
