ITR12 option not available

My SARS eFile does not have ITR12 option under my "Returns Issued"...it only has "Provisional Tax (IRP6)". What should I do?

You need to click on the "Home" tab and click "request tax types" then enter your tax number under the ITR12 and IT Penalty box and click request. This should enable you to have access to your ITR12.
