Is claiming for my old aged dependent mother allowed from SARS?

I pay for medical aid for my mum , she collects government pension and Is otherwise dependent on me , she lives with me too . Can I claim from SARS for medical aid contributions and amounts not recovered from medical aid for tax period 1 March 2013 to 28 Feb 2014
