IRP5 not available from employer

No, you would need to get the original from your employer who should have given these to you already.
My previous employer never sent me 2014 season IRP5, now they are saying they do not have anything on file for me. I need to submit these documents to SARS. What can I do? Do I request a blank form and have the previous employer fill it out?
They legally have to keep these documents for 5 years and so they should have an IRP5 on record for you.
Do you have your payslips and contract of employment? You can show this to SARS proving you were paid less tax.

I do have these.
You can submit these with a covering letter to SARS explaining your situation and showing them as proof that tax was deducted. They should accept them as proof.
