IRP5 is incorrect

Hi I hope you can help me. on my IRP5 my commission pension and medical aid and pay and car shows as code 3601. when I went to the bookkeeper he said it must be like that. what can I do in this case?

The car allowance should be 3701, the medical should be 3810 and the commission 3606 and the pension 3801 or similar. You need the codes to be different so that when you submit your return SARS will know what to do with them. Your employer must change this.
