IRP 6 (3) - TOP UP TAX FORM

Does your Provisional Tax Product include the  IRP 6 (3) which I understand is the form required for the 'top-up' tax?

We have found the form which can be downloaded at  IRP6 (3)

It appears though that this does not need to be submitted to SARS, there is not electronic version on SARS eFiling, but you can take it into a SARS office.
