Information on out of pocket medical expenses

What expenses be covered as out of pocket medical expenses. Can the vitamins, extra supplements, liposuction, any cosmetic surgeries be covered under such expenses be claimed

Generally, vitamins and supplements are not claimable unless prescribed by your Doctor.
Similarly, liposuction and cosmetic surgery would also not qualify unless specifically recommended by your Doctor.
