I have two IRP5s for two companies for the Tax year 2014, due to the fact that the original company changed "ownership" (it was just a legal change). Do I simply add the amount from both IRP5s when filing my tax return/

You would need to complete them separately one by one.

So I submit 2 separate tax return forms?
Also I had an operation that the medical aid did mot cover (removal of wisdom teeth). Must I submit this info as well?

Thank you so much for your help!

No, you would complete one form, but enter the information for each IRP5 one by one - if you use TaxTim to complete your tax return we will ask you for the information one at a time. The medical information would also need to be completed in the tax return. We will ask you all the right questions to ensure everything is completed correctly.
