Are the slips for amounts that are not stated on the medical certificate and has SARS asked you for these supporting documents?

Will they penalise me in a way or will they just calculate it from there?

Thanks for responding. Must I just submit the medical certificate? Is there no way I can correctt the submission and send it again?

You can, you can click - "request correction" and submit the corrected return. You will find this under the Return you have submitted on the eFiling working page.
