I'm haven't received my refund from SARS

Hi I have sent in my tax return last month and I was told by the consaltant that I was not to bring anything because everything ws scanned but now is past 21 business days nd still haven't heared anything from SARS what do I do?

Yes I did every year I haven't missed even one

It could be that SARS are sending your case for a second round audit, please read our blog on why you may have a delayed refund from SARS

And how do I get in contact with them via internet because now I'm in deployment and I want to know what they need from me so that I can make a plan that they get all documents because they no calling or anything

The only way would be to call 0800 00 7277, it cannot be done via internet.
