I submitted my eFiling tax returns on Friday 5.07.2013, now what?

I received ITA34 notice with my tax number only until today 11.07.2013 nothing I received now I don't know whether I am owing or I will get refund, what must I do to make a follow up, please help?

Were you asked to submit supporting documents? Does it say Audit:Yes on the ITA34?

Yes it written audit in ITA34,how long does it take to be audited, I am worried it my first time to be audited and I don't know what I did wrong this financial year.

All this means is that you have been randomly selected to provide supporting documents showing that the information you submitted on your tax return matches the documents you used to complete the return. It does not mean that you did something wrong, it is just part of the SARS process. If everything matches then you should have nothing to worry about.
