I called to find out when I should expect resolution and they said I should wait 30 days. That time is up today should I call them to find out about the outcome?

Have you counted 30 working days? If you have then definitely call them to ask what the delay is! Unfortunately once it gets to this stage you have to be patient, but phone through and ask them to escalate the situation if they can.
