I have received an ITA88 - what can I do?

Hi, I earn under R125,000 a year. I have not filed my tax returns for the past 4 years - recently a huge amount was deducted from my salary (SARS ITA 88) what do I do? Can I get that money back?

You would need to file your tax returns and if the money that was deducted because it was due to penalties, you would have to ask SARS to reverse this.
