I have been retrenched in Feb 2012 and don't know how to do my tax?

Will I be able to claim back on taxed amounts on my retrenchment package. What documentation do I need to submit to show my retrenchment in 2012.

You would only need your IRP5's as any lump sum from a fund would be taxed separately and you would have received a different IRP5 for that. Unfortunately you will not be able to claim anything back against this package.
