I am unable to pay with my cheque account: "Bank not supported"

Sorry that you are having trouble. The error message you should have seen was "Bank not supported (31)". This means your card won't work with our payment gateway PayU. If you have online banking however you can easily make payment by EFT and this will be cleared as soon as we see it.
