On the displayed tax form displayed I am unable to enter the required information as expected.

The ITR12 form on the SARS eFiling website is separate to the ITR12 displayed on the TaxTim website. On the TaxTim website the only way to enter data into the ITR12 is to have a conversation with TaxTim and then your answers are automatically pasted into the right place on the ITR12 displayed to you.
