How to "Request Tax Types" on eFiling if not reflected?

I am assisting a friend to create her own eFiling profile. She was using a tax practitioner before, but it became too costly for her. We need to request the details from the previous tax practitioner, but it does not give us the option ?%u20AC%u0153Request Tax Types?%u20AC? on the drop down under "organisations". What else can we do? Can anyone please help?

Did SARS send a letter or email requesting supporting documentation? Usually this is the issue when there is no option to request tax type. Phone 0800 00 7277 to confirm if this is the case?

Thank you for your reply. No, I did not Receive any email from SARS regarding supporting documentation. I will give them a call and get the detail.
