How to renew a TCC if the Company didnot make money during the previous year?

My company has a tax Clearance certificate but it is expiring in 4 weeks time. The problem is that the Company has not made any money in the past year and I want to renew the certificate so that I try again to be in business during the next year. Can I still renew my TCC even if I have not paid any tax?

Yes, just as long as you have submitted all your returns, even if they show you have not made any money or paid tax.
