How to get a IRP5 if employer have closed and SARS have do not have one?

<=========E-IRP5===etiennesmith92@gmail.com===2016-01-12 10:10:17=====> SARS requested my 2012 tax return and on eFiling no IRP5 for this period have been uploaded. I have lost my IRP5 received and the employer at that time have closed and I do not know how I can get the IRP5. What should I do?

You can go to your local police station and Swear an affidavit stating reasons why you are unable to obtain your IRP5. You can take this to SARS together with other relevant documentation (i.e. payslips and bank statements) which would justify earnings for this year.
