How one is stealing from the poor through tax evasion?

Explain why one is stealing from the poor if he is not paying his tax or through tax evasion?

It isn't as simple as actually stealing from the poor, by not contributing to the tax collections they are reducing the amount of money which the government has to spend on services given to the people of South Africa. Of course once government gets the money to spend a whole lot of other things happen before it actually gets to be seen by the people or used by the people. Often money is lost to corruption before it even gets to be spent so that is just as bad.
