How long will refund take in 2015?

How long will SARS take to pay my tax refund, submitted on the 7th of July 2015? No additional documentation requested and submitted via SARS e-filing.

They should have paid your refund by now, please call 0800 00 7277 to enquire as to what the issue may be and let us know and then we can assist from there.

Thank you for the assistance. I called the call center and was told that I did not submit tax returns in 2011 and 2012, and this was the reason for the delay. I was a full time student in 2011, and was working part time in 2012... so very confused by this. I have also received refunds in 2013 and 2014 so very unsure about why they are highlighting this now.

This is most annoying. We can only assume that they have a new system in place that assesses old tax years differently to how they did before.
