How long does SARS take to pay out?

Go back to your eFiling and see if there is a block for you to enter documents, it will be just under where you submitted your return - let us know?

You would need to call 0800 00 7277 to find our why your refund has not been paid out yet.

Yes, you need to then submit your return for 2014 before SARS will allow the refund to be released. Register for TaxTim and we can help you complete and submit your tax return to SARS.
