How long does a refund take after verification?

Hi. I did my tax return on SARS E filing on the 14/7/15. They then asked for documents which I sent the same day. Until now I have not heard from them. I sent in my Income protector cert and Med aid expense. I did not claim for anything else.

Usually they refund me within a day or two. Is it normal for it to take longer for verification or should I go into their office and make an inquiry?

Yes the verification can take 21 working days for SARS to complete before you will be paid out your refund unfortunately.
