How do you file previous years without income?

How do I file for previous years when I was unemployed? I have filed the previous 3 years of my employment (2012-2015), but still have two years prior to that outstanding where is was unemployed (2010-2011).

You would click the Yes to the question which asks if you were unemployed and then no to everything else and submit.

Thanks, but I guess the real issue is - where are the questions? For this year (and previous) there were forms issued which had those questions on them, but for the previous years when I want employed I don't see the forms anywhere!

When you log onto SARS eFiling click the RETURNS TAB then click the year you want to submit a tax return for and click the tax return and the questions will appear.

The problem is that the years don't show up in the tax returns tab! I guess I should just contact SARS, thanks anyway.

You have to click the Request returns button on the right hand side, there should be years - can you see that?

When I click on the RETURNS tab the sections I can see are:
USER DETAILS
COMPANY DETAILS
INCOME TAX QUICK SEARCH (If I search my tax number here, it comes up empty)
To the right of that is only the 'help you SARS eFile" button.
To the left of that are all of the normal options: Inbox, Returns Issued, Returns History, etc. (I've tried all of those and none of them have any obvious way to access the years I'm missing)
Above that are the main tabs (HOME, RETURNS, SERVICES, etc)
Below is nothing.
I'm wondering if I actually need to do anything for those years at all!
