You would not need to submit these unless SARS asks for you to submit extra documents. You can just complete the amounts in the required spaces on the return.
If you register and use TaxTim then by answering all of Tim's questions you would be able to see where to complete everything on the tax return as after answering the questions the return is provided to you.
