How do I send SARS my receipts of payment done?

Accounts that medical aid did not pay, doctors fees as well, I have receipts of payments done out of my own pocket, how do I send those receipts using eFiling, without the stress of going to the SARS building itself?

You would only need to submit these if, after you have entered and completed your tax return, SARS asks for these supporting documents. You will then be able to post them, drop them off or submit them online via eFiling. This option will open up to you if required.

I would like to know how long will it take for the SARS money to go into our accounts after the day we submitted.

It should take a few days if everything is ok'd by SARS.
