I have made an amendment to my medical records as I only found receipts to the value of 2696 how do I resubmit my form

If you are on the dialogue page, simply click Continue until you reach the submission page, then follow the submission steps to submit again like you did before. The tax return will then be submitted as a revision.

The system if not allowing me to upload the supporting documents?

The system will allow you to re-submit first, then only if SARS requests documents will you be able to upload them. Make sure the new information is in your revised tax return, then submit it via TaxTim. Let me know how it goes.
