How do I register as taxpayer at SARS if I work and stay in Botswana. I do earn rental income is SA.

I am a SA Citizen. I work and live in Botswana for the past 15 years. I bought residential property in SA which I am renting out. How do I register at SARS for this rental income if I stay and live in Botswana? What documents will SARS need to register me? Can I take my Botswana proof of residence (for FICA purposes).
