How do I know if I qualify to submit tax returns? I'm am not working at the moment.

I've quit my work and would like to know if I qualify for submitting tax returns? Or is there a way that I can check I have my tax number. Hope you can please help me.

Did you earn more than R59 750 from March 2011 to February 2012? If not then you do not need to submit a tax return.
