How can I submit my documents if eFiling constantly reject them?

SARS asked me to upload documents, 3 of them they said cannot convert even though I could read them and they are normal pdf files, what should I do now?

Check if they are password protected as this often causes the issue. If so, you need to remove this protection. You could do this by unprotecting, or printing out and rescanning them.

Only one was password protected, I gave the password as well with it, 2 others were pdf files which had the same properties as the ones they could convert, I have printed these, can I put them in a drop box at Bellville?

You can yes, it would be better to go in and have them stamped as being received though.
