How can I submit a backdated ITR14 form?

I am currently in the process for applying for a VAT number for our company. I was told by the SARS office that I need to submit my ITR14 Returns for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. Now I've gone and registered for SARS eFiling. I've found the place where I am supposed to fill out the form but I don't see where it would give me an option to select the year that I am doing the tax return for? Do I just backdate the date at the end of the form?

Click on the RETURNS TAB then click on the RETURNS ISSUED and there on the top right will be a place to click REQUEST RETURN with the years.
