Help regarding IRP5

My employer refuses to provide me with an IRP5. I fear that if I report him I might lose my job. Can I compile and submit my IRP5 to SARS by myself so that I stay on the right side of the law at least?

Did he take off PAYE each month, do you have your payslips and contract of employment?

Yes

Then yes, you can complete your IRP5 by yourself and if SARS asks for a copy and you do not have it then you can give them all those documents to prove that tax was taken off.
