Funds due to me. Received no payment from SARS yet?

I submitted my Income Tax 2015 on the 1st of July 2015. There is an amount due to me. Today is the 29th of July 2015 and still I have not received payment due to me. No audit or documentations required. Any suggestions?

You can call SARS on 0800 007 277 to find out the reason for the delay. It might be that you need to verify your bank details with them (you should receive a letter) or that you have prior year returns outstanding.
